📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed.

Processing times may vary slightly during peak sales periods or public holidays.

Delivery Times

We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your order safely.

Estimated delivery: 

Metro areas: 3–7 business days

Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and zone.

Rates are determined using our supplier’s zone-based shipping system.

Tracking Orders

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email within 2 business days.

You can track your parcel using the courier’s online tracking system.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Please read our returns and warranty terms carefully.

Change of Mind Returns

You may request a return for eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be: 

Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

In resaleable condition

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for: 

Health & personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Opened or used products

Bulk order items

Products marked “non-returnable” in the listing

Incorrect or Undeliverable Orders

If a delivery is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or failed delivery, it will be treated as a change-of-mind return. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue so we can process your claim quickly.

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty

All products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (unless otherwise specified).

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications.

Return Process

Our team will assess your request and provide return instructions.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

If the product is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
